I am a licensed professional counselor who offers a supportive, nonjudgmental environment for clients to explore issues and problems they have not been able to solve on their own.  Blending alternative and traditional approaches I draw on a variety of techniques to offer practical solution focused treatment that will be most helpful for each client.  My style is interactive and conversational.  I work with each of my clients to help build on their strengths and identify and achieve their goals.
